Final Bump-Date!
As you all know, Zoe is already here, but I wanted to share a final roundup of maternity looks to make it through the third trimester! I think the last few months of pregnancy are the most challenging to style because you want to show off the bump when you're noticeably expecting while also still flattering your figure. I try to invest in a few great maternity basics like these jeans and a good mix of these tees and adding non-maternity pieces like this necklace to add a little extra to the look.
This necklace was my favorite thing that I added to my closet while I was pregnant this time - so fun and a great statement piece! Check it out here.
This jacket is so comfortable and also adds some edge to a look. It has the cut of a leather jacket, but is actually a jersey knit material. I was running errands the day I wore this - and going for a checkup on Zoe! - so it was fashionable and functional, too. A win-win for me!
Gotta love another mirror selfie! 😂 I tried to do a "mirror-check" each time after getting dressed in the final trimester because sometimes the side view was unreal. This top isn't maternity, but is a great waffle texture and the buttons make it a great option for nursing!
Stripes can be tough to wear, especially horizontal stripes, but this top is incredibly flattering. It is a maternity top, but the sides aren't ruched so it can actually be worn when you're not expecting too! I love longer tops and ones like this are great choices to get a little extra length when it's worn without a bump.
You all have heard me rave about these leggings so many times, but I was actually able to wear them (non-maternity) to nearly 39 weeks! By this point I didn't have any shirts that covered my bum so a cardigan for the win!
Can you see the bump getting bigger in each picture yet?!? This top isn't maternity, but I picked it up last year during Nordstrom's Anniversary Sale (coming again soon!) for I think like $12 and I've worn it so much - lightweight and great for a half-tuck.
There's nothing more flattering than a great LBD - whether you're expecting or not! This t-shirt dress is a great budget-friendly option that isn't maternity, but can stretch to accommodate a growing bump. I added a chambray top tied up above the bump for a little something extra.
I ordered this necklace once we chose Zoe's name to go with the "C" necklace that I already had for Chase. He's decided that the "Zoe" necklace is his and that the "C" necklace is for Zoe though. 😂
This dress is actually a swim cover-up, but it's so loose and flowy that it is a great option when you're growing a bump! The adjustable straps keep it at the perfect length for date night or lounging by the pool. I wore this for running errands and added the denim jacket for when I was indoors.
This dress is an old one from here, but it's a loose shift and the material is lightweight so I loved wearing it as the weather finally warmed up! The embroidery detail added a little extra to a basic black dress.
This dress is part of a collaboration between Gibson Clothing and Erin with Living in Yellow blog and it's such a great piece! I love the fun color and the material is so flattering. It's not maternity, but I'm wearing my usual size at 35 weeks here.
This was the last time that I dressed up before Zoe arrived! I wore this to my final doctor's appointment at 38 weeks - and I bet you'd never guess that this dress isn't maternity either! I have this sleeveless version in gray and also have the long sleeved version in black. The black dress is the one you've seen me in here and there for my weekly bump photos.
Thank you so much for reading today's post and I can't wait to talk to you again soon!

Hannah
